We would work together to develop the treatment plan that is right for you. I would work with you to access your own internal resources. I am dedicated to helping clients make meaningful changes. For over 20 years, it has been my privilege to help clients reach their potential and find authentic happiness. My approach tends to be mind-body oriented. In addition to providing regular talk therapy, I also provide clinical hypnosis, EMDR, and Somatic Experiencing.
